A new Rambler style home on the shores of Lake Johanna was designed for a young family with all considerations of a single level living of convenience and casual entertaining of today's lifestyle, including an in-law's private living space above the garage with it's own direct access. Which became useful while boarding exchange students from abroad. The home boasts rich craftsman architectural detailing and charm, while overlooking the Lake and taking advantage of the beautiful views. Main floor included the owner's suite adjacent to another bedroom for their young child. The open floor plan concept and the expanses of glass throughout created a sense of light filled spaces to relax and entertain. A specially charming space was design for the screen porch overlooking the Lake to connect the indoor spaces to to outside and enjoy the outdoors while protected from the elements.

The lower level, walk-out floor provided spaces for entertaining with the bukit-ins entertainment center, full bar and additional bedrooms.
