A 10,000 square foot multi-purpose building was designed to serve the St. Croix Marina members as the clubhouse for the boat owners and their guests.
The two story building accommodates the main clubhouse, a Bar Lounge, a Pro-shop, Retail facility, Lockers rooms and an attached garage as boat repair shop.
The building also house office space for the management and administration and operations. This complete facility was custom designed for St Croix Marina, across form the shores of St. Croix River, in Hudson, Wisconsin.
