A 10,000 square foot building serving the St. Croix Marina as the clubhouse for the boat owners and their guests. The two story building along with the attached repair garage, the main clubhouse included Bar lounge, Pro-shop, Retail facility, Repair shop, lockers rooms. The building also house the management and administration and operation offices. This complete facility was designed for St Croix Marina, across form the shores of St. Croix River, in Hudson, Wisconsin.
