Craftsman Style Rambler, designed for empty nester's single level living was carefully sited in a wooded lot to take advantage of the trees and the quiet seclusion to the rear, encompasses all the amenities of the modern living including considerations for accessibility. The open floor plan design visually connects all the public spaces of the home through the use of arches while various ceiling configurations articulate each space as individual room with its own character. The cathedral ceiling in the Great room with tall curves windows and the 4-season porch in the back with the curved vaulted ceiling are a few examples. The home is designed with an elevator to provide full accessibility to the lower walk-out level which includes the family room, a bar for additional casual entertainment space, and additional three bedrooms and two baths.
