Two story Craftsman style home designed on a hillside farm in Chaska, MN, was custom designed for a young couple with younger children, based on open floor plan concept with the main floor Master Suite.

The main floor also included the formal Dining room, Two story Great room with the views of the backyard, open to the Kitchen and an Informal Dining area. In addition to a Sunroom and a private Office space, this floor included a formal dining room, guest bath and spacious mudroom and Laundry room.

The second floor provided the space for additional three Bedroom Suites, plus a Study Loft and a large private Bonus room/ Recreation space above the Garage. The walk-out basement included the Family room, Rec room, a guest bed room as well as a Sauna and bathroom with access to the outside swimming Pool. There was also a spacious home Theater. designed with full sound system isolation for a complete theater experience.
