Tired Transmuted
Originaly built in 1972, this Modified two story required a complete make over and remodeling. Beside the front entry porch and bay french door access to the new front patio, the existing footprint was not altered. The new addition was constructed over the existing single story portion of the home and provided the space for a new Master bedroom suite and additional height for the Living room. The new entery Foyer was moved from its original confind location to a more central location and open to the living room, while opening up the space for the new Study in its place at the front of the home.
